Description: The X3 from O2 is a fantastic little device! It's looks, rather plastic & toy-like, truly are deceiving as theres much more to the X3 than meets the eye!
It was actually released along side the X2, but is a 'higher end' mobile than the X2 with much better quality features!
In terms of what features it has, these compare to the X2, it is when you look at the spec of these features that you see the difference. Firstly, there is still a built in camera, but instead of 65k colours the X3 has a great 256k colour screen, which means you get much better clarity from photo's taken with the camera, which itself is better quality, at 1.3 mega pixels!
There is a built-in MP3 player, which the X2 does lack & also a memory card slot instead of just built-in memory, which takes an SD card & can store extra ringtones & images. There are also features fitted 'as standard' which include a vibration alert, polyphonic ringtones, games, WAP, picture ID, infrared but no Bluetooth among many others to make this a tidy little package!

| Review: i have the same problem with the x3 it is froze and turns itself off if i put my sim card in it wont come on at all i sent an email to o2 but they are not interested they haved recalled the o2 x1 i think they should do the same for us |

Review: yes i realise it is a great phone. but i have little bit of a problem. the situatin is i like the gprs settings information from anyone who can help. or the phone number or email of the manufacture of this phone. because the network i am currently using in SA has no settings for this kind of a phone. so please would anybody help or simply email me this settings i would appreciate it more

Review: I got this phone as an upgrade, and after less than a week it froze in the middle of a call. Now it makes the welcome sound, and then turns itself off. Try to charge it and every minute or so it plays a little tune, starts charging - then turns itself off!
Well, it was a free upgrade, so I suppose I can't complain, and to be fair I haven't yet given O2 a chance to fix it.
But there are too many postings like this on the web for me to have too much confidence - and I'm going back to my 4 year old Siemens 35 - I can't afford to have an unreliable phone, no matter how cool the ringtones ! |

| Review: My partner and I have this phone which constantly turns itself off and is completely unreliable. The OK key needs a good hard push to get it to work. The whole phone freezes up on you. O2 currently show no interest in sorting this issue out and I've heard lots of other people saying the same. Do not touch this phone with a barge pole! |
